Appointment Policies


  • When reserving your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit/debit card.
  • If you select Reserve & Pay your payment will automatically process at the time of your service, saving you and your professional time on the day of your service. Your card will not be charged should you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 1 hour of the reservation.
  • If you select Reserve, a payment method will be attached to your reservation, but you will have the opportunity to use a different means of payment on the day of your service.
  • Cash tips are always appreciated

By selecting Reserve & Pay you agree to the terms of service and the privacy policy.

Cancel or Reschedule:

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, go to your appointment confirmation in your email and click "Booking Page."
  • Late Appointments:

    • 5-10 minutes late, we will downgrade the service and price of your appointment (i.e. Haircut will become an Line-Up, etc).
    •  If 15 minutes late, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment to our next available time and date.
    • 30 minutes or more late will be considered a no show and your credit card on file will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service.

    No Call/ No Show Appointments:

    • There will be a charge to the  credit card on file 100% of the scheduled service  for no call/no show.
